347H stainless steel is an austenitic grade with 17 to 19% chromium, 9 to 13% nickel, 0.04% carbon (high carbon for heat stability), and columbium or tantalum to prevent carbide precipitation. It has excellent tensile strength (520 to 750 MPa), good yield strength (205 to 310 MPa), and elongation properties of 40 to 50%.
